Within 24 hours on a weekday we email the HTML report and JSON file. If we cannot audit the URL (blocked, login-only, down), you get a full refund.

Turnaround and refund
Delivery is within 24 hours of receiving your URL email, Monday to Friday (Asia/Makassar business hours may apply; UK weekday delivery is the commitment). If we can't deliver a usable audit for the URL you sent, or you cancel before we start, you get a full refund to your card, normally within 2 business days.

What do I get?
An email with a readable HTML report and a JSON file for the one URL you sent. The report includes an overall score, every issue with a code and suggested fix, plus technical fields (title, meta, headings, canonical, social tags, images, links).
How do I send the URL after paying?
Email chris@gptshopltd.com with the exact URL, or reply to the Stripe receipt. Include the email you used at checkout so we can match the order. One URL per purchase.
How fast is delivery?
Within 24 hours on a weekday after we receive your URL email. Orders sent over a weekend are handled on the next weekday.
What if the page can't be audited?
If the URL is down, blocks our fetch, requires a login, or otherwise can't be audited as agreed, we refund you in full.
Is this a full site crawl?
No. This product is a deep check of one page. For a multi-page or full-site crawl, email us for a quote.
