GPT Shop Ltd (company no. 15766335) is the controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

When you order, Stripe processes your payment and shares your name, email address, country and order details with us. We never see your full card number. When you email us the URL to audit, we keep that email and the URL. We fetch the public page to produce the report.

Why

To deliver your order, handle refunds and support, and meet tax and accounting obligations (contract and legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments) and our email and hosting providers (Cloudflare). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long

Order records for 6 years for tax purposes. Audit briefs, URLs and delivered reports for 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing chris@gptshopltd.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This page sets no tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The thanks page may read a Stripe session_id from the URL only in your browser to show a soft confirmation.
