Turnaround and refund
Delivery is within 24 hours of receiving your keyword email, Monday to Friday. If we can't deliver a usable report, or you cancel before we start, you get a full refund to your card, normally within 2 business days. Data is public-sector information under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

Questions
What do I get?
An email with a CSV spreadsheet and a PDF report of live UK public tenders matching your keywords, plus a short awards/pipeline section. Buyer emails and phones are included only when the buyer published them on the notice.
How do I send keywords after paying?
Email chris@gptshopltd.com with your keywords (comma-separated) and optional region, or reply to the Stripe receipt. Include the email you used at checkout.
Where does the data come from?
Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder (UK), used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We do not scrape behind logins.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-off report for the keywords you send. For a subscription-style daily alert, ask us — that is a different product.
What if nothing matches?
If your keywords return no open notices, we still send the empty report and a short note. If you prefer, ask for a refund and we will process it.
