Questions
What file types do you accept?
CSV and Excel (.xlsx). Google Sheets: download as CSV or Excel first. Column headers in the first row. We will tell you within one working day if the file needs a small tidy-up before we can build.
Is my data private?
For the free preview and the paid build, send an anonymised or redacted export where you can. We do not sell your data. We delete our copies of your files within 30 days of delivery or when you ask. The shared-password gate is browser-side; for confidential data we recommend you host the finished files on your own account, or we decline regulated (HIPAA/PCI) work.
What does the free preview include?
A working dashboard built from the one export you send — enough to see KPIs, charts and filters on your column names. It is not the final host or password setup. The full £495 / $595 build adds the finished hosted link, README, revision round and 5-day delivery clock.
How many revisions?
One round within 14 days of delivery, for changes that fit the agreed views and columns. Extra views or new data sources are quoted separately.
Refunds?
Full refund to your card if we cannot deliver the agreed dashboard within 5 working days of a complete brief, or if you cancel before we start. If the delivered dashboard fails the agreed acceptance checks, you choose a full refund or one free remediation pass (up to 3 working days). Details are in our terms.
Can my team use it?
Yes. You get a shared-password link. Anyone with the link and password can open it. Re-upload a fresh CSV when numbers change.
