Terms of service

These terms cover the done-for-you web scraping service sold by GPT Shop Ltd (company no. 15766335).

The service

For one fixed fee we collect publicly available data from one website, up to 5,000 rows and 15 fields, and deliver it as CSV, Excel or JSON within 48 hours of the brief being confirmed (business days). We include one round of revisions requested within 7 days of delivery.

What we decline

We do not collect data behind logins or paywalls, from sites whose terms prohibit automated access, or personal data without a lawful basis. We do not bypass access controls. If we decline your brief, we refund you in full.

Refunds

You get a full refund if we cannot deliver the agreed data, or if you cancel before work starts. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Your use of the data

You are responsible for using the delivered data lawfully, including copyright, database rights and data protection law.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
